Kakuro
Kakuro is what you get if a crossword and a sudoku shared a notebook: each run of white squares must add up to the number in its corner, and no digit may repeat inside a run. Every grid is generated fresh, with runs of two to five squares, and the clue numbers come straight from a valid filling, so no puzzle can be unsolvable.
