Mondo Knows Puzzles
Mondo Daily: today's trivia, word and logic round
Monday, November 2
Three challenges, one page, five to ten minutes. Start with the trivia, then the word puzzle, then the logic round. Each one saves its result on your device, so finishing all three keeps your streak alive.
What is in today's round
Your streak
Each part you finish is recorded in your own browser, and a day counts once you have completed at least one. Come back the next day and the streak continues; miss a day and it starts again. Nothing is sent anywhere, so clearing your browser data also clears the streak.
1. Today's trivia: Science
Ten questions with an explanation after each answer.
2. Today's word puzzle
Six guesses at a five-letter word.
3. Today's logic round
Five number sequences, one rule each.
Common questions
Is Mondo Daily the same for everyone?
Yes. The trivia, the word and the logic sequences are generated from today's date, so everyone playing on the same day gets the same round. That is what makes comparing grids and scores fair.
Do I need an account?
No, and there is no way to make one. Scores and streaks live in your browser's local storage, which is also why they cannot follow you to another device.
How long should it take?
Between five and ten minutes for all three parts. The trivia takes the longest at twenty seconds per question; the word puzzle is usually the quickest.
What if I miss a day?
The streak resets, but nothing is lost. Previous puzzles stay available, and each part can be replayed as often as you like, though only your first result of the day counts towards the streak.
