Mondo Knows is a small, independent site. There is one address and a person reads it, usually within a couple of working days. Corrections are genuinely welcome: a wrong answer on a calculator or in a quiz is the most useful thing you can tell Mondo about.
There is no contact form, because there is no server storing your message. Email goes straight to the inbox.
What to write about
A calculator gives a wrong answer
Tell Mondo the calculator, the numbers you entered and what you expected. That is usually enough to find the bug.
A fact or trivia answer is wrong
Mondo would much rather be corrected than be confidently wrong. Send the question or fact, and a source if you have one.
Something is broken or hard to use
Games that will not load, buttons that do not respond, a page that is awkward on your phone, or anything that is difficult to reach with a keyboard or a screen reader.
Licensing, advertising or partnerships
Enquiries about using Mondo Knows content, sponsoring a quiz or challenge, or advertising on the site.
Corrections policy
Every fact on this site names its source. If a fact or a trivia answer is wrong, it gets corrected or removed rather than quietly left up. Facts that change over time, such as records, are reviewed periodically and carry a source you can check yourself.
Calculators are covered by an automated test suite that checks a known answer for every tool before a release. That catches arithmetic mistakes, but it cannot catch a misleading label, so human reports still matter.
