Mondo Knows Puzzles
Jigsaw Puzzle
A real drag-and-drop jigsaw: every photograph is cut into interlocking pieces with proper tabs and blanks, scattered across the board. Drag a piece near where it belongs and it clicks in. Four piece counts, from twelve pieces to ninety-six, and twenty pictures drawn from the Mondo Knows photo library.

Questions people ask
- How does the jigsaw work?
- Pick one of twenty photographs and a piece count: 12, 24, 48 or 96. Pieces appear in a tray and you drag them onto the board; a piece snaps into place when it is close to the right spot.
- Are the photographs licensed for use?
- Yes. Every picture comes from a public-domain or Creative Commons source, credited under the board. The image itself is split into interlocking pieces in the browser, so nothing needs downloading.
- Does the jigsaw work on a phone?
- Yes. Drag with a finger and the board scales to the screen. Larger piece counts are easier with a bigger screen, but every count is playable at phone width.
