A perfect 10 once broke the scoreboard

Nadia Comaneci's routine at the 1976 Olympics displayed as 1.00

At the 1976 Montreal Olympics, 14-year-old Nadia Comaneci scored the first perfect 10 in Olympic gymnastics, on the uneven bars. The scoreboard could only show three digits, with no space for a 10, so it displayed 1.00. She went on to score seven perfect tens at those Games.
